About the Course

Level 2 is our adolescent and intermediate class, the same six weeks we teach in Crystal Lake, filmed lesson by lesson so you can play at home. Level 1 must be completed first. By the end of Level 2 your dog will: - Heel beside you in a reward zone, back up, pivot, and keep up as you add distance - Run to the mat, sit or down, and hold it for a release, even while someone walks by - Relax for real handling: ears lifted, lips lifted to check teeth, a full pat down, brushing and wiping - Come the instant you call with a jackpot emergency recall, and come off a distraction on the floor - Wait at doors and thresholds instead of bolting - Love the crate: go in, stay in until the leash is on, stay until released, and return on their own - Play It's Yer Choice around food, retrieve, and start a tuck sit, sphynx down, and come-up sits How it works: one week unlocks at a time with 6 to 8 short lessons, most with a video. Play each game a few minutes a day. Ask in the Mystic Paws Academy Online community when you are stuck. Week 7 is the Level 2 test. Pass it and Level 3 unlocks.
